“5 stars. I was in the area when my warning light came on for low tyre pressure. I pulled over to find a screw in my tyre. With no spare, I called in to see if they could help. The lads were brilliant, despite having a few bookings, they got me in and I was away within an hour.”

“Did a good job of regassing my air con at the specified time - took approx 2 hours.Called me at the end to try and upsell me a tyre saying it was 'urgently low on tread and required' when the tyre was still a good few mm over the legal limit. A little cheeky, but they did a good job of what I booked the car in for.”

“We have been using this garage since moving to bristol - took the car in initially as they were close to us and spotted them on a google search, but have just kept on using them because we have always found them to be really helpful, super friendly and also fairly priced - and they have always made a plan to squeeze us in if we needed something done in an emergency (which unfortunately has happened a few times!!). “Exit was not explanation or so, work done without consultation. It was OK. In desperate still ok, but not the first option as an explanation of what work you are doing on the car must be done over the phone for previous agreement, so I won't be happy with people working on my car and had to ask many times on the exit time... Stressful and not how things should work really, but entrance went well so that's probably just the people who were running the place at that time, not the place itself... So so then”

“As a sit and wait customer car for an mot not good when you are asked to turn up 15 minutes early and the you sit there for 45 minutes before they look at your car plus could do with a drinks machine in the waiting room or at least the minimum cold water apart from that the staff were polite and cheerful”
