My wife visited from Weston-super-Mare (as the one there had closed) to change her bank accounts only to be told there was nobody available to carry out her request. Surely the people in charge would ensure that there was someone there permanently with not many branches open due to the ludicrous decision to close many. My wife and I are extremely unhappy for the wasted journey and costs incurred making the trip to Bristol. If this happens again I'll have no choice but to take it further.

Ladies working the desk always grumpy like they're always having a bad day and want to take it out on customer. Noticed this at least 4x. And it's obvious with other reviews. Men are more welcoming and friendly. Better to keep both ladies (mixed race)and other like them in the office behind doors rather than having them at forefront being unhelpful to customers.

I am frustrated with my experience in the branch. I am a customer who use tsb bank since 2013. Today I came to sort out some issues in my account, due to language barrier, it took time for me to understand the staff. However, the staff kept speaking fast and accused me of not understanding her and then refuse to provide any service to me. I was just left there alone and I tried to explain but they did not listen. They accused me of being rude to them but I was treated rudely; they let me go or close account, rather than trying to resolve the misunderstanding. I am very frustrated and stressed about their customer service. I will follow the staff's advice to switch tsb bank to another bank. I am sad about this.

Brilliant customer service from James in the city centre branch today. Needed to go in to unlock my son?s account as it couldn?t be done over the ?phone. James was warm, personable and highly efficient. He was really great in his interactions with my son. Thank you

Ryan from this branch was wonderful from start to finish. Great customer service and so so helpful when I was dealing with issues on my account. I didn?t have much dealings with anyone else so can?t comment but this guy deserves a promotion! ?

My experience here was very bad! I visited this place to sort out a problem with my account. I found the staff there to be extremely unhelpful and rude. The customer service is absolutely appalling and arrogant. The staff accused me of doing things that aren?t true and treated me like I didn?t exist and like a criminal. I recommend that you don?t bank with TSB. They rob you of your money and then call you a liar and a criminal.

got to the store at 4:40 20 mins before it shut. The doors are shut but the woman inside is taking a personal call telling me to wait outside in the cold?!
