The store is in Clifton. Staffs are nice, friendly and well-informed of products and plans. Excellent Customer service.

Visited and spoke to helpful polite female but next time I visited a day or two later she looked rather stern & impatient it was not at all busy when I visited both times. In many Vodaphone stores in and outside Bristol I have often found lazy rude staff so a nice surprise if get a nice one. Phone customer service is unpredictable - some helpful some the opposite & often the line is dreadful because call centres are not in UKAnother branch was much more helpful but often in Vodaphone shops staff seem annoyed if asked to help I find.

I visited the store on a busy Saturday afternoon, the staff were friendly knowledgeable and helpful I purchased a new phone and asked for it to be set up as it?s my business phoneEverything transferred over smoothly it did take a hour or so but they told me that so no problem at allThanks to the guys in the shop for a great experience

Zero star. Vodafone mistakenly didn't close my account, resulting in them referring me to a debt collection agency for outstanding fees. Calling them, they immediately admitted their mistake but seemed unable to help. I visited the store to see if they could be of assistance and were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Disgusting customer service. Vodafone are disgraceful. After hours on the phone I was able to get it sorted, but this store outright told me they do not deal with bills (there was someone next to me setting up their account and selecting when they pay their bill). Really awful.

Zero star. I recently visited the Vodafone branch and I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The staff were not professional at all and failed to provide me with all the details about the plans they offered. To make matters worse, they caused a major inconvenience by giving me a new SIM and changing my cell number, which resulted in me wasting several hours trying to retrieve my original phone number. To add insult to injury, they lied to me about the early termination fee for my broadband service and I later found out that there is indeed such a fee. Each day, I have been discovering more and more issues with their commitment. I am extremely disappointed with Vodafone and I highly recommend looking for a different provider or branch with better customer service and more transparent policies. I'm totally disappointed of Vodafone and I'm thinking to change just when my contract finished.

I wanted to give even less than 1 star. Have been waiting for 45 to 50 minutes and they have just 2 team members in the front. I have pre ordered a device and regret that I didn't select home delivery. I got late for my work as well. They should organise properly and know how many team member should be in each shift. Such bad team management. Slow work and hell of a wait. Highly disappointed ?

Dont rate 0 cause I cant . Unprofessional staff just want to sell products . They provide misleading information in order to sell product at any cost happened more than once , should focus on training better the staff... ridiculous

Staff are friendly and helpful. I'm a bit cross with Vodafone but not the staff in this shop. They are lovely and serve customers in the order in which they enter the shop.

Bought new Iphone, from here, it stopped charging after a couple of weeks, I took it back to store and simply told take it to Apple, we can't fix it. Rubbish customer service
