Didn't like it at all. Absolutely jam packed in there cues for everything even trying to leave which took at least 15 minutes

Perfectly average, plenty of parking including parent and child spaces and clearly signposted. Due to the location being on the roundabout of the North and south junctions is quite busy. We only used the toilet facilities but these seemed clean and in good working order.

Good attempt at maintaining Covid restrictions

It's a good little place to do what you need to do like rest, toilet breaks and get refreshments. The mens toilet where very clean and tidy ?

Don't stop here. Just try to avoid this one, if you need to use the loo, find a hedge instead and use big leaves! Your experience will be better, more comfortable.

I really enjoy popping in here when I'm travelling.

Why is there not a single vegan option in your food to go section?

Good for if you need to take your dog for a little walk. There is a grass bank and also a path through fields of you need to walk a little further. Other than that seemed an average services. Nothing wrong but nothing special. If you're going northbound I would wait and go to Gloucester North services instead, especially if you're looking for a little dog walk with poop bin facilities.

Poor access not well managed at all takes as long to get in and out as it does to do the whole journey. Loads of parking at the other side of the car park which the services should encourage people to go to. Cost of fuel beyond extortionate. Good outdoor seating and once you get in the building a good array of options and services.

The services itself are satisfactory, and as expected of a Welcome Break site the franchise areas are much cleaner, tidier and in better condition than those areas that are the responsibility of Welcome Break themselves (toilets etc.).However, there is a much bigger issue with this particular site and that is its location off a roundabout off the motorway junction. This site serves both directions of the M5 and the roundabout is controlled by traffic lights - on busy days (school holiday getaways, bank hols etc.) this results in extreme difficulty exiting the services. Our recent visit there for a quick toilet stop ended up taking over 40 minutes extra just waiting in gridlocked traffic. Avoid if possible, if traveling southbound there are much better services within 15 miles.

Pathetic - I am a key-worker, supporting our community by driving a lorry as a tramper, providing fulfilment for society particularly during the Covid-19 crisis. As a human being, working as a tramper, you'd think these little stores would remain open. Otherwise, where else, are we supposed to get our food. It's not easy parking a 60ft long vehicle near a supermarket to buy food essentials, particularly someone like me, who's contracted I.B.S. Just remember, the reason why you've got toys at home, is cos' we bring them to your local store and the industry needs trampers like me and my colleagues, driving constantly up and down the country providing for you, thus, keeping these stores open, is a quintessential necessity and a great help, when our lorries are low on food.
