A WH Smith employee treated me with disrespect and insulted me on Monday the 23rd of August at 12:15 pm. I tried to get her name but the other employee in the shop said he did not really know her and he thought her name was Sharon. Grey hair, short in height, 55+ looking lady, she should be fired for insulting customers and not caring about her job.

we bought a meal deal from here and i completely demolished it. it wasn?t that bad but there were no staff in the shop.

Very very bad and disappointing ...the lady if I can call her like this, inside the WHSmith was rude and looking at us strange because we were immigrants. Racist I can say. She doesn't deserve to be there . "WHSmith look after your staff" they don't even have manners

£3.99 meal deal on a big poster outside, get to check out, need to have boarding pass & pay tax so it's actually a £4.99 meal deal. Bullsh*t artists. Surely this is misleading information and against the law?

Dreadful. Shelves untidy and half stocked. No staffed checkouts, just self service. Why do they need my boarding pass when I'm just buying sandwiches?

Not impressed at all. No staff anywhere to be seen, except for a young boy filling up the sandwiches. Self service tills are ridiculous. Don't recognise meal deals and then you get attitude from their poorly trained and very rude staff rather than actual service. Takes 4 x as long as a till with an actual person, although I suspect that the quality of staff means that would also be slow. Also no newspapers. Will go to superdrug next time.

I was pleased the prices were the same as you might get in a train station. I was expecting worse. Want very happy about being asked to scan my boarding pass - none of WH Smith's business where I'm going (unless they plan to remain vat if I'm flying internationally, which would be a bit sleazy).

I was at Bristol Airport 4/10/17 and went in to buy just some rizla papers i stood in the que and waited by the tobacco counter and waited and could see that people after me getting served on the self service checkouts. So i asked could i get served the only member of staff that was in the store was very rude and told me to wait . I tried to explain i had been waiting a long time and she just turned her back to me and ignored me. A great ambassador for whsmith bristol airpory
