friendly staff but it's near impossible to work in this place. Always freezing cold and nothing (that we can see) is done to resolve the issue even though raised the issue so many times. People very jackets and scarf and yet it's freezing.

Absolute Rubbish. Tora and Saskia are nothing more than car park attendants. Completely unhelpful and absolutely no customer service whatsoever. A hopeless organisation only out for the money.
