Appalling service as ever from Royal Mail paid extra for 48hr delivery and parcel took a week !Didnt get parcel delivered as when I got to sorting office to find out what was going on I was told they didn?t have staff to deliver it !What the hell ! I pay good money for a service for which they readily take the money but as ever they don?t deliver on time or at all!Frankly if you can avoid using Royal Mail I would !

Excellent customer service. I was expecting an ID document from the DVLA, and I needed it urgently. The kind gentleman (portly with spectacles) at the counter on the 27th and 28th of March very patiently listened to my explanation of the situation, and went through the pending mail each morning to see if mine had arrived, until it eventually did. I can't thank him enough for his patience and diligence. Thank you, sir, for the excellent service!

No knock at my door yet it says they tried to deliver. Can?t even pick my package up because I work and they are only open for 2 hours (8-10) what a joke

Sunday delivery paid for! Birthday flowers due to arrive Sunday lunchtime. Its now late Monday and my mother's birthday flowers are still apparently sitting in the depo!!! Unacceptable.

Generally under our last postman we rarely had the wrong address letters delivered in Milton lawns. We've had 2 in a week....very clearly addressed. Sort it out!
