“After phoning Nationwide Customer Services and not getting anywhere, I contacted Aylesbury Nationwide branch and spoke to Sonia who informed me of my best move to sort out my issue. I went into the branch later that day and was again served by Sonia who sorted everything out and was absolutely brilliant, returned home to see a couple follow up calls letting me know a payment had gone through into my account. Absolutely fantastic service.”

20-22 High St“An easy to access large highstreet bank branch. Virtually empty because nobody needs to go into a branch except for unusual cases such as changng withdrawn bank notes. The teller was very helpful. Otherwise the branch was entirely empty, though i suspect there was other staff elsewhere.I think the banks should get together and have a single bank interface. Indeed, they are all so similar why not unify all their services and make them common. I wish.”
“Excellent service. Needed to close an account. Done and money transferred to current bank. Superb customer care and engagement. Compare that to the Luton branch which was less than useless! Two days previously waited ages only to be told I would need to fill in paperwork and wait up to possibly three months. Worst branch ever.”
