Jack the assistant manager is very professional and attentive. I called up at 10am on a Saturday and they slotted me in for 12pm. Absolutely amazing. Ross changed my wheels and was showing me the process and what he’s doing. Great guys and really affordable prices. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service, lazy staff and slow. Arrived for a 14:30 appointment on time - told abruptly it will be one hour. Came back one hour later and the fitting of two tyres hadn’t even started - all three staff members stood outside smoking! Ignored when I asked them why they hadn’t started and told to wait. Finally...
