“From entering the store to delivery of our new mattress all the people who work for dreams were a pleasure to deal with. Lovely man in store helped find the right one, after using mattress selector full and clear explanation of delivery and removal of old one. Clear emails from company on time for delivery. Calls from delivery team the day before and day of delivery to confirm times they were coming, both guys who turned up were charming and took all precautions (masks etc). Would recommend and happily go back next time we be need something they sell.”

“In 2017 I bought to pre-owned office chairs. They helped my try out the chairs for “fit” to the people who would occupy them and helped me find a chair that was not too expensive.This month, one of the chairs came apart and I scheduled an appointment with them to buy a new chair.Because I did not know how to dispose of the old chair, I took it with me to the appointment. It had not occurred to me that it could be fixed or that the Office Furniture Warehouse owner would fix the chair.Because of COVID, I did not get out of my van. . . Pete came out and took the chair out of the van, took it into the warehouse, fixed it, and returned it to my van. No charge.Is that good service or what! I saved a few hundred dollars in not having to buy another chair! - Patricia Koehler”

“It was quiet when we went -Sunday afternoon. Something was obviously happening elsewhere! The furniture - we purposely went to this store as it is bigger - wasn't in store at all so was very disappointing as we live over 30mins away. However the store has facilities ie cafe, choice, toilets, ornaments, choice etc so overall, a very good shop.”

“Big store , lots of stock covering lots of departments from kitchen , building materials, gardening etc, two floors .At present discounted products , Free parking , Easy to locate, Helpful staff , Quick service at the checkout , self service available although I didn't use”

“From the moment of purchasing our new bed, Benson for Beds were fantastic, we had regular updates of the progress of our new bed, on the delivery day we were phoned 1 hour before to delivery explaining what time they would deliver.The delivery staff were exceptional very polite and very nice to talk to.Only 1 place for a new bes and that is Benson for Beds.”

“Got to be honest went to the store. We had items in our device on wickes products that we know where in stock and in the store. We could not find a product and asked one of the employees. Sadly being young and possible inexperienced. And this led to not finding the product. His attitude was its in this area and left. So I went to a supervisor who went out of his way until he found it. Thank god because we needed that product straight away. Then we took all of our products we needed to the til sadly the grumpier young strike two. I am being polite and trying to help and pay so we can finalise our transaction. I just hop the company start a training program for these ppl because my partner was going to leave all the items and head fir another builders merchants”
