I was helped by Daniya to open a bank account followed by a safety deposit box. Daniya was a lovely member of staff to deal with, she showed an upmost degree of patience and professionalism. I had my three year old son with me who was getting slightly restless she was patient with him and made the transactions swift and easier. Daniya dealt with us in a speedy manner even though the banks systems were being slow we were out of the bank in no time at all.I am very impressed with the level of service delivered. Equally I am pleased I was not oversold products, I made it clear my day to day banking would take place elsewhere and this account was to enable me to gain a safety deposit box. Daniya appreciated this and was respectful of my wishes. Lovely lady and a pleasure to chat to today, clearly an asset to the Aylesbury team!

I have been banking with metro for years and they have always gone above beyond with there great service I tell all friends and family to bank with these guys but the other day I was over the moon with the help KAYDEE and Mo the manger give to rest my app on my mobile the reason for this i suffer from dyslexia and she was so patient with me I was so happy she is a asset to the buisness I?m very happy and have been telling about my great experience ??????????

Very poor service and they couldn't care less.spent half an hr on the phone to them what a waste of time that was.i had to go in and sort out the problem they created .dont be taken in by them.

Diabolical service , coin counter never working. 2 people at the most serving on counter . App locked me out told have to wait at least 15 mins for anyone to help despite two people wondering around doing nothing

Bad attitude on front counter.The girl took great pleasure in not allowing me to withdraw more than £1000 telling me to return tomorrow.It's a bank. It has cash. Its my cash and I had ID yet I had to notify them 24 hours before. Utterly pointless.The app constantly crashes too. Will be taking my funds elsewhere

There was a Manager called 'Mo' and his behaviour was awful. I don't know how he can be a manager with such an unacceptable behaviour. He argued with me like arguing with a normal person which was really unprofessional of him. This experience I had was certainly unexpected coming from a bank manager, receiving an irritating, nasty customer service from him. At one point he said he was giving me a final warning and he threatened to put everything on the system on his computer. I am very confused as what he was going to put on the system when he clearly was in the wrong.Is this how a manager should treat a customer? I am very upset of how I was treated today and certainly disappointed.
