Staff helpful but the process they put in the website to visit the store and the answer given by staff are at opposite....many elderly visits the store, however O2. Offers are bets from the third party sites ..

Peter and Ryan have the patience of a saint! I came in two days ago, and both of them for the past 48 hours have helped me retrieve my former number. Honestly, if I didn't have those two advice, and reassurance, I'd probably would have left O2. I know I must have been a "customer from hell", but those two are geniuses and deserve acknowledgement for their hard work, patience and impressive knowledge- especially for the time and work they carried out for me. Highly praise Peter and Ryan for what they did for me. Thank You!

Worst service ever. I received an email from O2 for the collection of my new phone. After providing both My Passport and License they were saying that they couldn?t verify the ID. They were talking as if I have got fake IDs
