Bad experience from a rude male member of staff who does not like questions being asked about the ridiculously high pricing.

Second-hand shop. Maybe a little expensive and the staff is sometimes rude

I've recently moved to the area and this lovely shop has been good to me so far , I love that its open on a Sunday . the only thing that let it down slightly for me was a plush rabbit priced at £12.99 and had pen marks on his tummy , this is madness as they sell brand new with the tags for around £14.99 and I could get the same one from eBay for £6.99 which I have done , whilst id would love to have supported the charity and this price I just couldn't be mugged off , please evaluate your prices*** thank you for replying and hopefully ill be back soon ***

Sadly the grumpy man is still working there. They seem to be overwhelmed with donations and his attitude was that he?s doing me a favour by taking things. There?s a 2 bags per household per week limit (not sure how they police that!) so I went across to Sue Ryder who couldn?t have been nicer, took everything except an electrical item which the man apologetically said he couldn?t take, and so they will get my donations in future.

Rude. No thanks for donations only critisism that I hadn't used one of their polythene bags to take in my donation. I said I liked to use my own re-usable bag but the man in the sorting area said it would make HIS life a lot easier if I used HIS bags. He needs to learn how to be customer friendly. Will not bother going there ever again.
