Transphobic staff , Went here to shop and asked to try on a dress but lady behind counter said because they have elderly ladies as their main customers ,I may scare them away , Disgraceful prejudice against me and has been reported as a hate crime as this is as bad as Racism ,its 2022 and I refuse to be subjected to segregation, the staff involved should be disciplined.

Overpriced bad quality. You?re better off going to the charity shop down the road. This shop is an utter rip off. And as for the customer service, non existant.Update: we are an events company, not a retailer, and the attitudes of this reply clearly show how out of touch this business is with providing customer service in the 21st century.
