Responded to an emergency call here after a resident became injured in a fall.Noted an outstanding quality of care, quality of staff and quality of the facility and resources on site.Nice.Extra thanks to Sarah, one of the carers on duty. Also Marvin a nurse.

Lace Hill Manor is truly stunning. The attention to detail to aid people living with dementia is so well thought out. Bedrooms are bright and airy, resident's have a choice of where they would like to eat their meals. The bistro area is a beautiful space to sit and relax with family.
