Really sorry but the queue was massive and just one guy on the till. I feel for the staff but this new setup isn't working. They really need to review it all. 2 days before Christmas and mad mad queues. Waited an hour just to pick up. No seating. 25 people standing. Rubbish won't buy from here again or any other argos for that matter.

Guys ?? you don?t HAVE to work in retail ??Trust me I?ve been there, it?s the pits, but dear god there is no need to be that rude and wear a face like a slapped ham.I have never in my 35 years experienced such miserable customer service.The manager (I forget his name but the badge said manager) and two young ladies didn?t greet a single customer or acknowledge how long we all waited to them to appear from the shadows. I was spoken to like I was literally ruining their lives. I?m even now avoiding the habitat area of Sainsburys for fear it?s catching ?

Staff no experience !I told Very unhappy with the service provided by the staff, I have used Argos for many years, I have always paid on time, I recently bought a phone and told them to check my personal details, they put the wrong name and lowered my credit score because they think I told lies and didn't tell the correct name, I picked the phone with my ID and bank card for check everything!

Ordered on-line a LG sound bar from Argos (price £299) and went to pick it up next morning at Taplow. Provided them with the codes/order information on the text sent to me. Was handed the box/parcel straight away and went home with it. Unfortunately when I unpacked it next day and went to set it up I realised they had given me a different model to the one I had ordered (only worth £129). Tried to engage Argos via on-line chat and all they could inform me was to take it back to Taplow - which I did next day. Either my Model/Order had been given to someone else or they have a very poor order system - never found out. Anyway, my order wasn't there so I insisted on a full refund unless they could offer me compensation for wasting my time - and I was given a full refund. What struck me was apart from an aplogogy the person dealing with me didn't really offer me any options or jump into action to try and rectify the situation. I ordered the sound bar from John Lewis and got it next day. Won't be ordering from Argos in the future or dealing with them any more - once bitten twice shy.

Was treated extremely rudely at 10am today by a black male. He was arrogant and completely unhelpful. Tried calling the store to cpmplain to management but no way of getting through. I would urge Argos to set disciplinary measures please. Had driven a long way to pick up a purchase and am surprised by this rude behaviour.

It is very disappointing to experience an unprofessional and lazy customer Sevice at this branch. I went to this branch to collect my order following a text msg confirmed that the product was ready for collection. However, when I went to the store, staff at the click and Collect counter named Vikash confirmed that the product had not delivered to them. I found him as very unprofessional, rude and lethargic as he I was confusing me a lot. First he went inside the room and said the product didn?t arrive and then he said they have the product in different colours, he was not sure what he was saying. He neither apologised nor admitted that it was their fault and take accountability for their warehouse fault. When the manager arrived to the scene, he was having the same attitude and didn?t want to help either. He was not professional at all and said that I need to re order and visit branch whilst they make the refund for this order. Then I asked for the refund but the customer service guy wanted me to join the queue again to get the refund, which is not fair on me. I waited the in the queue outside the store for about 30 mins and inside the store queue as well. He was so adamant that I should come from the queue again. Then I called the manager again who said that it was not necessary but took me to another counter and confirmed that he made the refund but didn?t give any receipt or confirmation.I came home and checked my email which said that I have collected my order, so I called the hotline immediately and waited again 30 mins to get a customer service advisor on the phone. Explained the incident and she called the store and informed that they have not made the refund but she was going to do it from her end. This is extremely ridiculous and I m unhappy on the service received. The branch and the staff do not deserve any stars but I was compelled to give one as I won?t be able to put the review if I don?t rate them.

I had to return a bracelet which was a gift for my partner but had lost the paper receipt.Wow even after showing the man the order number (as the website states is all they need) which was sent to me i had to call customer service for help. I then showed him the card transaction on my banking app he was still reluctant to exchange it never again.
