Went to open a joint bank account that Lloyds Bank requires you to do in branch it cannot be done online.Was told by the staff that the bank has no advisors on staff and doesn?t expect any to be hired for several weeks which basically means you cannot open a joint bank account, they also said Hemel Hempstead branch also has no advisors.To make things worse we were advised by phone that the soonest we can see an advisor is in 8 weeks at a branch located over an hour away.Lloyds Bank are basically telling us to take our business else where, if we do we might just close all of our accounts we have with Lloyds Bank at the same time.
