Nowhere near as good as Majestic Windsor or Beaconsfield. Not customer service focused, they are totally unflexible, not as helpful as the other two stores, give this one a miss.Updating further to the shops response - we were buying 2 bottles in store and asked to order and pay for 4 more bottles (Sasakia) at the same time as you didn't have them in stock in store. Meaning we would be buying and paying for 6 bottles at the same time. So as per original review, not great service.

Never have I ever been to a Majestic store and received this level of hands on thoughtfulness! It was quite busy, understandably as it?s Christmas Eve, despite that; the staff where attentive, especially Kyle who was extremely delightful and well versed, giving me and my partner truly fantastic recommendations for our gathering. Can?t recommend them enough!

Stay clear! I went to the Packhorse Road branch and had to post a letter before I popped in to pick up my Christmas haul of wine only to be chased up the road by the staff member who I presume was the manager, who told me that I can't park in the car park. I shouted back at him from across the road, that I was posting a letter and then would be visiting the shop but he stormed off. When I went back to my car, he swiftly came out of the shop again, shouting at me that I can't park there. He kept telling me that I was getting a parking ticket. Obviously, I avoided going into the shop after the rude way that I was spoken too and I'd think twice about visiting a Majestic Wine shop in the future if this is how their staff react!!! Rude .

Excellent service and choice. Unfortunately Majestic stemmed from selling at wholesale prices in bulk to retail. This was ok for the first few years of start... however since the prices are over inflated. Cheaper to buy online from sellers and local supermarket. Over inflated prices and rip off...they know this also

I popped in to start stocking up on some festive fizz that had a good offer on it. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional and after I'd made my purchase they took me through the wines they had open for tasting and some other wines that came up during our ensuing conversation. Great service from knowledgeable staff and good value wines to be had.
