All the staff are very friendly and welcoming but I have to say Lara goes above and beyond, not only with ensuring I am having the right treatment but she is also so knowledgeable and attentive, helping me to pick the right products. I never feel pressured into buying anything and I wholeheartedly feel supported and cared for. I highly recommend the salon to all my friends and anyone who will listen.

Yesterday I had a very expensive facial £95 for 50 minutes, the lady was very pleasant but sadly the facial felt rushed and I left feeling quite underwhelmed and slightly cheated. I was in / out in about 40 minutes. It wasn?t particularly restful or relaxing, sadly !
