Ian first came to our rescue a couple of years ago, when one of our laptops ground to a halt and I was unable to access my e-mails on another computer. He resolved these issues quickly and professionally and impressed us with his knowledge and friendly service. Since then, he has built me an amazing bespoke computer, sourced new software & hardware and has encouraged me to develop my computer skills. He is a really lovely person, so patient too. He always takes the time to explain things. Thanks to his support, I have felt confident to develop my career in CAD design. He is a true gem who deserves ten stars!

Ian sorted out the reason my PC had died, fixed it very quickly, upgraded it and even provided hints and tips for ongoing use. Extremely professional with lots of knowledge and provided an excellent service. I was so pleased with him that I bought a laptop as well. I would recommend him without hesitation.
