I had an issue with my laptop not booting up, had tried everything to fix the issue myself and was worried about losing all the files saved on the hard disk.Not only did Fast Fix manage to locate and fix the source of the problem (power supply issue) quickly, they also managed to back up my files so as not to lose any of the data on the hard disk.Very impressed by the service - highly recommended.
