My recent encounters with the EE store on 30 October 2023 and 1 November 2023 were nothing short of a customer service nightmare.During my initial visit on 30 October, I had the misfortune of dealing with a supervisor who not only rudely declined to answer my questions but also had the audacity to label me as "rude" without any justification. It was an inexplicable response to a straightforward customer inquiry, leaving me utterly flabbergasted and without the assistance I rightfully deserved.The horror continued on 1 November, as the level of unprofessionalism and discourtesy from the staff reached staggering heights. I was met with a staff member who refused to provide their name when I sought to file a complaint. To my astonishment, a colleague decided to interject, exhibiting a level of rudeness and lack of accountability that is simply inexcusable.If these experiences were not distressing enough, I reached out to customer service a day before visiting the store, only to be met with deceit. They claimed that their system was down, an outright falsehood, and left me without service for over 30 hours. Their failure to communicate the genuine issue, a malfunctioning software, is unacceptable.In light of these intolerable experiences, I can only grant this EE store a woeful one-star rating. It is imperative that the management acknowledges the gravity of these issues and embarks on a sincere effort to overhaul their customer service practices, fostering a culture of honesty, transparency, and professionalism.

I called to ask if my phone was in the store because the track system wasn't working. I tried to explain something and one of the employees simply cut off the conversation.Very rude

Went there 2 times for an netflix added extra option on our contract , that does not works anymore , and 2 times we have been sent off home without any help given , 1st time an weekend part-timer lied to us , 2nd the system was crashed ! Helpless !

Well never had good service or advice towards a good deal yet here, at this store within Eden Centre. I was there on a free service of my iPhone, but as I walked in I was told to wait , sit down. But then as I sat there I noticed other customers coming in after me , were being served first ?? Why I thought ! When I asked I was given a sharp dismissive response of - you?ve been noted ?? What does that even mean ? Then when eventually a member of staff did come to my aid, all he told me was that it?s not necessary to have the free service anyway ?? What?s going on here really ! So I was fobbed off and I?d had enough of this bad customer service too! So I left vowing to not go with EE again once my contract ends !!

They make excuses and shift the responsibility to others, don't do what they said , aren't helpful , never answer their phones . Exclaim how they great with signal but I barely get much . Their service is terrible . Basically try sign you into things then never help you, or provide you with good product. Will definitely be going somewhere else soon as I can
