“I phoned this company with a single, simple query about a desk. I wanted to know about a specific feature and what it meant. Customer services said they would find out and get back to me. They didn't. I tried on two other occasions, I was told the same.I really wanted the desk, so I configured the desk on their website without the feature I queried about. I paid £699 and I received an automated receipt for the order.A month went by, I expected some lead time to receiving the desk, I emailed customer services to find out if they have any idea when I that would be—I didn't want to call them because of the previous experience I had with them. They hadn't replied to my email this time, or even acknowledged my query.Or this is what I thought. A few days later, customer services called me and asked me to check my Junk email, a place I hardly ever look. A month old email was in there from them with the estimated delivery date.If I hadn't had the initial telephone experience with them, phone calls would have been made and this wouldn't have become such a big problem.I received the desk in the morning, on time and just before starting work, which was ideal. The desk was assembled with great care by the installers and they took away all the packaging (The desks arrive well packaged to avoid any damage).What started out as quite frustrating experience was resolved and handled professionally, I am very happy with my new home work station.”

Everything that you could want or need to create a beautiful sanctuary!I got the lights and picture frame that I wanted.The purpose of our visit was to have the afternoon tea, which is definitely value for money! The drinks, scone, clotted cream & jam were delicious.However, there were a few disappointing areas. Hence the 4 stars.The tables were not wiped when trays were taken away. The seats were very dirty and could do with a steam clean. It is a food rea after all and should be cleaned to a high standard. I believe that the Greenford store cafe is much cleaner.”

“Attempted for click and collect just now but the item couldn’t be found. It was there but gone missing. I had to wait there more than 30 minutes however a manager came and arranged free delivery a day after so not much of an issue.Whilst waiting for them to sort my order I purchased couple of lawn seeds and fertiliser, easy to identify the items and quick check out.staff we’re apologetic and friendly.I returned home without what I came for but happy it will be sorted soon. Whilst I am waiting few others got their click and collect sorted straightaway so mine would be a one off incident. Staff attitude is what really matters. Will recommend.”

“Nice department store, selling clothes, electronics, home furnishings and cosmetics, etc. This store also has a currency exchange service and a café. The store is spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful . There is a large parking area on premises, but the spaces are quite narrow.”

“I brought a freeview box quickly and efficiently. Justin was extremely helpful with the sale and gave me good advice. I had to return the box due to not needing it with my TV having freeview, however at the start of next year i will be in the need for a new TV with freeview and will definitely look to buy from you because of the great service.”
