Manager is so bad, he don't know how to treat his colleagues and he was threatening his colleague to loose their job. Don't want to give any star and dont want to go back because of him. Felt like he is a racist.

Not really impressed. Heard so much about Home Bargains in the media but very disappointed in this branch anyway, shelves half empty and not very big store with not very good stock. Staff member who served me nice though. I'll stick to B and M

I left behind some vitamins after buying three different lots; showing on receipt but got home and couldn't find anywhere. Phoned up and spoke with Emma who confirmed that they could see on CCTV that I had purchased and left at the checkout. Went back today for a refund. Was very pleased and impressed with the outcome. Well done Emma!

Its a nice sized home bargains to visit if you're in the area. Has a decent selection of things to buy and can stock some nice & unique little things for the home & for Xmas like decorations etc. Staff are friendly, never had issues there. There is a slight issue with personal hygiene where one or two staff members were not wearing any deodorant but that has only happened a couple of times. Other than that, if need some random bits for your home at a bargin price then it's a good place to go.
