Had a hearing assessment yesterday. Brilliant and very informative. Learnt all sorts of interesting things about hearing which had never crossed my mind. Excellent service which I would not hesitate to recommend.

I have had the best experience and been given world class customer service. Having moved from specsavers to M&S high Wycombe I can honestly say I am so impressed. A special thank you to Jas, Tel, Amina, Malwina and George who have all gone the extra mile for me and helped me find a pair of glasses which were very hard to locate! They are so perfect and I have gotten so many compliments. Jas is very helpful, welcoming and knowledgable. No matter how many questions I had, I felt so comfortable to ask and always received really helpful advice. I also have my lense plan set up with ease. I cannot thank you enough and I will be recommending to friends and family.

Lovely staff, Tel was especially helpful with choosing the right glasses and was very informative with all the information we needed to make the right choice. It is clear they aren't trying to sell unnecessary products. Wide variety of glasses to choose from for both branded/unbranded and prices to suit all. Will definitely return in future
