Had the car cleaned today, I?ve got the vehicle back and it has 4 chips in the paint which go down to the metal as well as some fairly significant scratches.If you care about your car, do not use their service.

Love how quick they are and how they deal with every detail of a silver service. They are an extremely polite team.I don't take my cars to any other car wash in the area.Keep up the great work.

Poor customer service , I used this car wash before most of the time it was above the average car wash in High Wycombe, however this time , even if I have choosen the gold service for £25 for a small car the job was not done properly , obviously they are very quick but lack the attention to the details , one customer before me was pointing out few things to him , so when I got my car they was a lot of dirty marks I pointed out few , the guy did not seem happy , then I open the doors and they were not wiped inside , he said they forgot because they are quick , I asked how much I owed him then handed over the cash , the guy poised for a while and left angrily saying that it was a gipsy money , I could not understand why he said that , I tried to talk to him but he walked off , I think he was thinking , he will get some tips which he did not deserve , car wash prices have doubled from £10 to 15 & now £20 but they try to charge the extra £5 if it?s a bit more dirty , I remove all Rubish shake the carpets before going there leaving for them room to concentrate on details but this days car wash around high Wycombe became greedy , they think they are doing a favour for you rather than providing a service for people who don?t have time to do it . To be honest it makes me think to open a car wash providing a great customer care and high standards which we have done in our domestic cleaning service .Service: Vacuuming

I hope you don't perceive this negatively. Truly hard-working team. I admire their coordination skills. Now, here are the parts I think they should improve on. Silver or gold tarrifs aren't different in terms of interior cleaning. They miss door pockets, the central tray, and those spots under or between the seats. Pictures were taken minutes after cleaning the car (gold).

I shall not be going back such a shame. After a staff member had a go at me for leaving a negative review. I had my car washed before covid and it was done badly. So the cemment was a long time and it wasn't a bad review it just said i wasn't happy with the service but still very unprofessional in my opinion I paid the ££ and left as there was a customer behind time to find another car wash.

£20 to turn my car from a mess-strewn skip into a shiny, clean machine. In and out inside half an hour on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Will be back.
