Such a horrible service!! The 2 girls at the front were sitting with their legs up on their phones; when I told them it was disrespectful, they started raising their voices at me and giving me attitude. I've never seen staff be so rude to customers in my life. Worst experience I've ever had.

Visited the Wycombe store today and had an absolutely awful experience! The staff were rude and very unwilling to help. Avoid this store, they need to be re trained! Aylesbury and Watford store far more pleasant and have the correct customer service!

Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of the staff. Both o2 stores in Aylesbury And Watford said they could do something for me but Wycombe store decided that they wanted to be difficult. Disgusted by the customer service. Rude staff members. I think they all need to go back and do some training. Lack of knowledge on all products. They have no idea what they?re doing including the manager who is awfully obnoxious and big headed. Seems like they?ve all got sticks up their arses. Just a bunch of miserable people looking to make other people miserable. Avoid.

What a waste off time I stood there 2hr same man sat in seat as when I got there only to be told they can ' t do anything .so when I got home I had a go my self and got phone working but lost all contacts will not be back hear again

I don't normally write reviews for phones however the staff at this store compare to my Uxbridge branc are useless. I will be making a complaint to the manager formally.Updating this review. Useless. Deliberately getting my security password wrong and bank cards wrong. They lock put my account for 2 hours. Majority of them can't even speak English. Will never be back and I'll visit my Uxbridge branch

Would give them zero stars if I could! Absolutely ridiculous! I was MIS-SOLD a contract in this shop by Usman. A ?Switch? contract that apparently, when I went back into the store it was explained to me by the Manager that the ?Switch? option was not even eligible on the date I was sold this contract. The Manager explained that I would be able to contact O2 and upgrade for £3.99 extra a month for the ?Switch? contract and raise a complaint in the meantime. Which we did. We have been contacted by the complaints team from O2?s HR today and they have explained that this would NOT be possible. And that it is confirmed that we have been MIS-SOLD a contract which is ILLEGAL and we will be seeking further advice from our legal team. Absolutely shocking display of affairs! DO NOT BE MISLEAD!

Standard O2 shop. Could do with one or two additional staff. Long wait but not the fault of the staff, they were efficient, professional and helpful.
