'Used to be an alternative to Boots The Chemist but these days has many sparsely filled shelves and ignorant, uncaring staff who really do not help and are happy to be of no help.

Love superdrugs. Always great deals on make up & other Toiletries, Medication etc lovely big store. Very tidy and organised. Great range of everything, including purfumes. Beauty card to collect points is a must have.Wheelchair accessible, wide Isles.No toilets here but a few mins walk to the shopping center ones.

Store contains some franchises which each have their own checkouts, each with their own queue. So it can take a while to leave. Also, illogically, some goods in the pharmacy section must be paid for at the main checkout, not the one in the pharmacy itself. Needs a little more thought and planning, using a customer perspective. Generally busy, too, hence the queues which somtimes hamper browsing the shelves.

This evening I have been to the store with my 2 little children. After purchasing my stuff which I wanted I went to the counter for the payment. As there was a lot of queue I went near one staff who was at the fragrance counter. As soon as I reached there she said it is closed. She saw me having an infant in my hand. She was so careless. After that soon one more staff came at the next fragrance counter. I requested her to please take my payment as I am having small child who is just 4 months old and one more I am carrying in my arms who is 19 months old. She spoke to me so harshly, I really felt so disgusted as she did not have some courtesy or respect for me. What kind of staff do you keep at your store who cannot assist the customers properly????. The one who attended me first was a thin little middle age girl and the next one who attended was a girl wearing spectacles who was a little stout. Kindly train your staff properly so that they greet the customers and serve the customers with a smile on their face.

Really helpful staff. Really massive well stocked store. Love the new loyalty card which lets you buy products at a cheaper price.
