I bought two gift card for my girlfriend,Sadly this perfume shop online order is disaster as they keep missing perfume in their post,I don't know how that the weight of it is correct,any how never going back to them. specially when you want to talk to them over the phone is another disaster.Every body be care make sure you do video recording as I did for them before you open their postal box.

Senior management is based on how they treat staff.They think because of their big salaries they are better but the grass outside is the same for everyone?Egotistical people but really pathetic people

I purchased several bottles of my favourite perfume on line , but unfortunately one had a faulty top and leaked. After contacting their customer services and sending photos, I was told to return for refund, but given no assurance I would receive the postal costs. . It?s not feasible to go to the nearest store, a 40+ mile round trip. After packing the leaking bottle as best I could, but can?t prevent further leakage. I went to the post office where I was advised that they would not accept perfume . Back on line to ask for advice, I was told DPD would collect. However, DPD advise me they don?t accept perfume. Back to the on line services, only to be told to send it back by DPD collection. Not happy being so messed about. Asked for the contact details of their MD to complain directly, only to be told details not given out. I know she is Gill Smith - why is she hiding ? Why can?t they just refund like any decent company ?

I have serious problem with the service I have received. My wife ordered 3 perfumes only 2 were delivered. I have not had any response from a customer service representative despite my 4 emails. I have no perfumes and no money back either and to add insult to injury no one in the company can be bothered to respond- just happy to take customers money . Absolutely diabolical service would not recommend to anyone!!!!

I ordered perfume on the 23/11/ 2020 and still not received it, despite live chat on the 01/12/2020 and email same date i have had no response no perfume and no reply the live chat app as been turned of all day because they are busy. disgusting customer service my first and last order and no more visits to the shop
