The most worthless store. I tried 2 times to upgrade my plan and the both times they said that they have problem with the system...So don't lost time there if you need something. It's better to do that by phone.

I had excellent customerService today from Liam Mcclenaghan at the 3 shop in high Wycombe. He was very patient and went the extra mile as he called 3 customer service on my behalf because I?m partially deaf and unable to hear on the phone. He?s an asset to the 3 mobile company. Thanks Liam! :-)

Went to up grade mine and my partners phones wouldn't up grade as parnters passport was out of date knowing that the last year or so nobody has been able to travel then for then to tell me my driving licence was out of date so left 3 after 21 years for me and 12 for my partner so went else were there loss
