I?m generally not a fan of the NHS but the team at this Surgery are wonderful. They are very helpful and welcoming, in particular is Debbie on reception. Debbie is always friendly and professional and goes above and beyond to help people. It?s clear to see that Debbie is extremely good at her job and and an empathetic person. I really appreciate the team and Debbie at this surgery for their assistance.

After a phone consultation, a face-to-face was arranged - and issues were thoroughly covered, but during this I brought up a new problem, and this was dealt with comprehensively and promptly, involving the nurse, and then a further immediate GP interview - very good.

Disgusting customer care from this doctorsMy 9 month old baby had a rash after taking antibiotics for an ear infection. The lazy doctors couldn?t be bothered to come and look at my baby to tell me if the rash was ok or to stop taking the medication. I had to come home fill in the online form, to wait for a doctor to ask for a photo to then wait for the doctor to phone for me to take the baby in.All I wanted was the doctor to look at her and tell me to stop taking the medicine or not, and then to make an appointment to review medication or not.I feel there is no customer care, empathy or general interest from this doctors surgery for their villagers

Was unable to book an appointment for the morning but was called back and given an appointment later on that day! Reception was very polite, friendly and talkative which made the very minor 15 minute wait seem 2 minutes. Seen by Doc J Scott she was very professional and kind and my issue was resolved within 5 minutes. 5 stars couldn?t have been more impressed with the service I was provided!

Whilst they might not always be able to offer me an appointment when I would like one they always do their best to accommodate me and have never been anything other than polite and friendly. The service offered by the GP's has always been excellent and I think they do very well given how over subscribed they are.

Easy booking system , just dial in and can book same day. Friendly staff and doctors. For any bad reviewers you should try living outside Lane End and try London or Reading or Marlow Surgeries! You wait weeks for appointments or sit waiting for hours and never same doctors

Dr Amit Majevadia is a disgrace to his profession! Telling British citizens of over 45 years that they should go private because he has too many patients and he can't he can't be bothered to treat them at 9am - even if they have a booked appointment. If you don't want to help people don't be a doctor!

Absolutely terrible booking system! You canâ??t book an appointment and when you do call for the emergency appointments they have a cheek to say your not ill enough - no customer services what so ever. The surgery is run down and depressing and the staff are just RUDE! Youâ??d have to be pretty much dead to get any response from this surgery!

The worst customer service by reception I have ever know to be told a nurse or GP would ring me and then come 2 days later they said I was not on a list to be called and ran out of medication. They are rude and unhelpful I will find a new surgery

Probably the poorest and most unhelpful customer service I've ever experience and before people jump all over this I am basing on 7 years having to visit and use this surgery. The reception staff are cold and make it very clear it is just a job to them. My daughter who was very very ill after being turned away and told to come back in a week if no better, when her condition got worse she was told to phone back at 2pm for emergency appointment, we called back on the button (2pm sharp) only to be told all 3 appointees had already gone. I asked how the response was "we have 2 line you know". apparently All 3 appointment went between 14.00.00 and 14.00.30. Phone Marlow who saw her and got her the medication she needed. Raised a serious complaint against the surgery that is now being dealt with.

I have to say, that aside from the phone related issues (lost a star for it, but it is now being addressed) I think the surgery and staff there are great. We have had a very good experience and we use the surgery regularly. I won't tell you the names of our favourite G.P's as we don't want them getting too popular for apts! The current star rating is very unfair. It ignores the excellent work done by practitioners and reception staff.
