My worst experience in retail on my life! I Purchased fuel and two coffees one coffee was cold asked the staff to warm it up in the mircowave behind them they refused. so i asked for a refund they refused to refund my money even though i only had one coffee Naveen a staff member was rude and disrespectful. I called the police and the staff began lying saying i had two coffees and refused to have them heated up.My money was stolen in plain site

5:30am on the 29th June we went into the shop to find some kind of snacks for our children as we had just got back from holiday, we took a while as it was hard to choose something filling and reasonably priced, the assistant kept coming to my Isle and staring at me before losing his temper and shouting what do you want.. Clearly nothing from here you rude so an so .

The shop assistants are committing money laundering fraud at the customer?s expense and company doesn?t care about sorting the issue out. Constantly getting charged for ?vending? when buying drinks and workers not wanting to give a receipt, pretending to have a ?problem?. Shop assistants cashing in £2-20 extra while overcharging. So sick of it.

Stay away! A few of the male staff member overcharge customers. ALWAYS ASK FOR RECEIPT!!! CHECK IT BEFORE LEAVING!!!! When you don?t see the correct item name on you receipt, you have been over charged!!!
