Popped in today at around 11:15 before going back home as I'm away for work. Was served by the most lovely gentleman who had more enthusiasm and energy than I've had for the past 20 years. Even with a grumpy customer in front, he still held his smile and happy attitude. I did ask of his name but my hearing isn't the best... read full comment

I went into Costa today after getting the train back from work, to work an hour before heading home... The young guy in there with a moustache was so friendly to everyone that came in that it really stood out to me. He was chatting away and it's not what I expected going into a chain coffee shop...I know food probably goes... read full comment
