Just want to share how lovely and amazing the team were at costa today. Was having a horrible morning and was visibly upset. I was served by Sophie who was so kind and compassionate towards me and made a very kind gesture. Unfortunately no toasted tea cakes left by the time I came in (4.15) but had a nice mince pie instead. Asked for extra milk with my pot of tea and barista grudgingly gave me an extra half jug. ?
