DFS Milton Keynes have been wholely incompetent from our delivery onwards. Our sofa has broken 3 times since delivery and the time taken to get it fixed has gotten worse and worse. Piss poor compared to years ago, shoddy sofas that can't take a good shaking. Also everything has the same electric recliner ability and usb hubs or wireless charging on board.
