Do not order from here. Awful experience, it's been two months since we ordered and paid, no communication whatsoever to tell us when it arrived at the warehouse and when it would be delivered. On hold for well over 2h each time I tried to ring. Day of delivery the 4h timeslot passed and I had to ring up (on hold again for 2h) before they told me deliveries weren't actually sent out that day. They said they'd ring back and never did. They just took our money and left us.

The buying experience was great very helpful friendly and not pushy. Very good to change our order good service.\\nThis was 8 to 9 weeks ago I have phoned umpteen times in the last two days. On first day a girl said that they were having system problems and would call me back...Still waiting. I cannot get any answer from any branch or head office..have they gone out of business

Amazing service from Goda and Lee in the Milton Keynes.we was Awaiting delivery. They did explain the sad situation with there systems so we was fully understanding but they both still went out there way to help nothing was to much for them. I would like to say how friendly and personal they both have been in getting us our furniture. We love it and will be recommending both of these amazing people to my friends and family. Thank you again.

Systems are down for two weeks now.\\n\\nThey've had a cyber attack basically and cannot deliver anything. But they are not contacting anyone. No attempt to compensate us. Refund was refused. Just an awful company behaving like con men.\\n\\nSort it out and stop selling stuff to people you know you can't deliver to!!

Furniture Village's sales team at Stevenage and Milton Keynes were very helpful when we chose a new bed, giving us useful advice and information without being pushy. I heard them with other customers and they put as much effort in whether the customer was looking to spend £300 or £3000. They are a bit behind the times with no on-line payments or order tracking, but when delivery was ready we could track the van closely to check progress on the day. Delivery was friendly and efficient, even with the very heavy superking mattress.

One of my best furniture shops friendly and helpful salespeople i know some of their names nigel parsad lee keiran Lawrence rob and david their very friendly and helpful great furniture and sofas cafe bar and they've got a good disabled lift in the shop works very well i went yesterday and Thursday I looked around but didnt test the sofas also went in their lift I had most of the store to myself

Dining table hasn?t arrived yet. Although I was told 4 weeks. I appreciate things are delayed at times but honesty when selling something wouldn?t go amiss - if you can?t deliver within 4 weeks don?t say it just so you can make a sale. Also getting calls instead of email updates on delivery clearly tells me you want to keep it as vague as possible and not have any trail of the unfulfilled promises.\\n\\nAfter giving them a call today, coincidentally their systems are down so they?re not able to inform us if it?s out for delivery or when it?ll be delivered.

Purchased a small double bed before Christmas. The bed delivered on 18 Jan. However, one of the bed feet was missing. The delivery guys promised me, the store will send the missing bed feet to me the following day. Waited to 26 Jan, still no bed feet. Called the store, no answer, left the message, no reply. Called the warehouse on 28 Jan, and a nice lady said she will speak to the manager and get a bed feet sent to me. Till today 15 Feb, still no bed feet in sight!!! Nearly one month!!?? Apparently, the lady I spoke to on 28 Jan, she did speak to her manager about the issue, but no one got back to her, so no one takes any actions to deal with my request. I had been a long-term customer of Furniture Village, as never had problem with their service. However, this time, when there is a real problem, the way they deal with it was poor to say the least! Come on! Is it that difficult to send out a bed foot??!! It just showed that Furniture Village just talked, but Furniture Village doesn't really care. Poor quality control before delivery, and poor customer care in dealing the smallest possible request. I will not buy anything from Furniture Village again!!!

Iâ??m very sad that I wasnâ??t able to give a better review as the staff in this store seemed very nice. There was however one man (who Iâ??ve been told does not work at this store usually), who is a manager who made us feel incredibly uncomfortable from start to finish.

Great service for sure, only issue we had was having the price given then asked to put in card details and then going through itemised order details after, basically adding extras to the order without us knowing.

Over the past 3 years we have visited the store many times and made several large purchase. Each time has been a pleasant experience and I highly commend Lawrence. His ability to relate personally with his customers, offer a humble attitude and get things right, is second to none.
