I had my car mot'd on Monday 11th and it failed. Although they couldn't fix the problem in the time scale I needed, once I had had the car fixed I called them to arrange a retest, they had said they couldn't do it until Thursday. Once I explained that I had animals that I needed to get to the told me to bring the car down and they would do what they could and within an hour they had retested the car an excellent service

I went into store and spoke to a young man about getting a rear camera fitted, he said they didn?t have anyone available that day to fit it but advised i buy the camera and have a look online for appointments. So i did. I got the camera and then went home and booked a rear camera fitting online (£99) and was told on the receipt they?d get into contact with me about an appointment time, but i was never contacted. When i contacted the store they said they don?t do that even though on the website it says they do and the man who served me the camera said they did too. Lady i spoke to on the phone was rude and didn?t seem like she had a clue what i was talking about. She wasn?t helpful at all, i asked what do i do about getting a refund and she said she didn?t know. So now i?ve wasted £99 for a service they apparently don?t even do! Such a waste of time and money.

Robbed for my money. I paid for change of tyres and tracking. The website allowed me to book at 5:30 despite them closing at 6. This meant Adrian at the site said they don?t have time to do my tracking and asked me to come back another time. I foolishly took his name down and trusted his word. Came back once, too busy. Second time they said my tracking rods were gone and needed replacing costing £300 pounds. I didn?t bother as awaited my service and Adrian insisted I can come back another time.5 months forwards I got my service done at BMW which stated no issues with tracking rods. I tried to ring the customer service team 3 times to at least get my money back for a service I never received. Instead I was essentially called a liar and that there is no proof the service wasn?t done because it was on the invoice.What a joke of customer service. Never again, Halfords.

Did the battery check but didn?t bother calling me back to book me in to get it replaced after I asked twice and they told me they would call me back.

Went for only oil change, it took them 9 hours, and they ?forgot? to reset my oil warning. Never going there again

I went to the shop to buy a battery. At the till were 4 people and still a queue. May. You should open a cafe while they wait... terrible service, maybe a customer service that works might be in order.... even the till where you can pay was closed...AppallingGet you act together.

Got the job done, but far from the best customer experience to be honest. Booked in for 9am. Admittedly I was 5 mins late, but the work didn't even get started until near 10.It's a real pity as Sophie (aside from.getting my name wrong), who took my initial call, was excellent.

When I dropped my car off for an MOT and service, the team were understaffed due to sickness. I was not a happy customer but Matt talked me through the issue and offered a couple of solutions. By the end of the day he and the team had pulled out all the stops for me and got everything done? well done for turning the situation around Matt - thank you.
