I would give them zero. Avoid at call costs. Totally disorganised shop.Lost my prescription. Phoned to say they found it and then gave me the wrong prescription. The original prescription is still missing.And forget trying to phone them they DONT PICK UP.I now have to do the running around to get a new one from the hospital.

Totally avoid! Have used twice in the last few weeks. Didn't think it was possible but it's getting worse. Owed us 2 pills from Monday told should be in Tuesday. So left it went Wednesday morning no pills. Came back Thursday and waited over 40 minutes. Why where they not bagged ready just to be collected! You owed the pills for over 2 days! Will not be using again

Giving the five stars for Jodie - very friendly; you can tell she cares as very helpful.Yes, the queues can be long but the staff are extremely patient with, from what I have seen, some difficult customers who should learn some manners.

We have been collecting our prescriptions from here for a number of years. Even with the understandable problems during and after Covid, the staff have always been helpful and friendly. When we arrived today things were completely back to normal with no queues and a speedy, friendly and professional service. Thank you

Very nice staff especially the female pharmacist, but the queues are just too long regardless of when you go in. Also they don?t answer if you phone.

void at all costs if you can, incredibly understaffed and they always have been so there's clearly no effort from the company to make it any better. Be prepared to wait for 20 minutes in a queue and another 30 minutes just to get your prescription. Very slow, doesn't seem to be much of a system. To be fair the staff deserve praise as it must be very stressful ! It?s my last time coming here. I?ve been here 3 times in a day and it was as busy as in the morning! Thank you but poor staff working here!

I moved to this pharmacy just over a year ago, and it was the best thing I did, I get my prescription weekly, and nothing is to much bother, the ladies in there are incredible and unfortunately do get a lot of customers shout at them, yes they are busy at times however they are trying to absolute best.My prescriptions can be tricky and awkward however the girls get it and ensure that communication is continued between the GP them and me.So please. Next time you?re in there please be patient and remember the ladies are only human.Keep up the awesome work ?

The owners really need to hire extra staff, it's just greed on their part not to hire at least 1 more assistant. The place was mega busy and there was 1 person on the till trying to do so many things at once, so they were quite unfriendly in their manner, but I probably would be too if I had to work in that environment.

Came in today for help with a scold and all the ladies where Wonderful ? the pharmacist was so knowledgeable and gave me great information. The ladies on the counter where sensitive and caring about my burn and I was directed to what I needed.Going to switch my pharmacist to this one as they really know there stuff and they clearly care about people

Friendly staff, usually quite busy and you have to wait a while which I don't mind I appreciate they're are busy and probably understaffed. One thing I would like to see though is a way of being told if your prescription is ready. I have to fit collecting prescriptions around shift work and I've had it a few times where I've waited 5 days, gone in and they've said they have supply issues. It would be nice to know this without attending and waiting to be told it's not ready.

They have been so short staffed during Covid but are doing their best. I find them always polite and helpful despite some customers complaining. It's not their fault and people should not be so horrible .

A very welcoming chemist: everyone is very friendly and helpful. The staff are very caring and always give good advice.
