This chemist seems to have lost all its staff including David, and has become a very poor pharmacy. It used to be excellent, with friendly staff and speedy service. Whenever you go to collect a prescription there is always a queue and the service is appalling.

Since this chemist lost all its staff it has become a ridiculously bad business. Pharmacist came back from lunch 15 minutes late a 2.15 pm with a queue of angry people. My prescription that had been with then for 6 days had not even been looked at and when they tried to fulfill the prescription they didn't have stock. This business needs to close until they can sort their issues out as everyone in the queue had to wait for their prescription to either be made up or to be told they had no stock...appalling service!

This used to be excellent pharmacy, with friendly staff and speedy service. However I'm not sure what is going on there now. They say they are short staffed and we should be patient but I waited today 70 minutes, there were 12 people in front of me and 4 staff members, so in avarege it takes over 20 min to serve one customer. Why? Surly there must be bigger issue there then "short staff"

Sent a repeat prescription request via the Internet on 5th August. Now 14th and after 3 visits have been unable to collect unless I join queue with a waiting time of at least 1 hour, appalling service from a company who just doesn't seem to care.

Every time I go in here I am greeted with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Prescriptions are always processed promptly, without excuses or delay. Great team, thank you

My recent visit was not very pleasant. I had a repeat prescription which my GP sent directly to the pharmacy so I didn't get a chance to see until I paid and collected the medicines. When I checked, the gp has prescribed an additional medicine so I took it straight back to the counter which didn't go very well with the cashier and she started to make faces and tried to humiliate me in front of everyone even though it wasn't my fault. I would try to avoid this pharmacy next time.

Usually an absolutely lovely pharmacy but my recent experience was very different. The assistant serving me told me that screens and masks were no longer necessary and she then decided that she could not hear me say my name due to the fact that I was wearing a mask. At no point over the last two years have I had this experience and I am a very clear speaker. I also wonder whether this assistant has spent the last two years telling customers that she cannot understand them or whether she has simply decided to pick on masked people.MK Village Practice next door insist people continue to wear masks and I would imagine many people use the pharmacy from there. As I say, this is usually a pleasant place to visit and David especially is very helpful but recently I was left feeling a nuisance because I was wearing a mask!

TLDR: chose a different pharmacy, I will.Don't bother unless you want to waste 1+ hour waiting. They only make up prescriptions if you go and wait, never pre made even after 2+ weeks of waiting. They have a backlog so big (weeks) they will never catch up as they refuse to do any overtime and it's been like this for months.Often they don't have stock of less common drugs (which is ok I get that you can't stock everything) but when they order in more, they don't reserve it against your prescription so if you go a week later, they have probably ran out again so you have to wait longer. Or they didn't order enough to cover the prescription. Also they close for an hour each lunchtime (you know the one time that working people have to collect a prescription) why they can't stagger their lunchtimes like any other customer facing company baffles me. Nor do they open on weekends. Also they have moved away from recyclable paper bags, to non recyclable plastic onesTerribly managed, and apparently most of the previous staff quit do to hating it there.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life (16/09/2021 at 4.30pm). Four employees served 8 clients 1.5h, which gives 45 minutes per 1 client - and they dare to say that due to COVID they have limited staff and therefore the service takes so long. I'm changing the pharmacy!

Literally queueing round the block. Impossible for the disabled who cannot stand to queue! Prescription not ready eventually told its lost. Staff eventually found it told to come back later. 2 hr wait in car for queue to die down! Seems to have been a complete change of staff for the worse. Definitely not recommended. The worst ever customer service . The best ever way to loose customers Jardines! Regular customer lost.Lesson learned . Boots next time.

Always been an excellent pharmacy, very helpful and accurate. During these terrible times they have been outstanding, its people like this that keep us going, nothing has been too much trouble, I hope that all the staff are given credit for this highest level of service to the local community especially during these difficult times.

Great Service and attention to detail! I've been using this pharmacy since I had major health problems a year and a half ago. Yes, this place does have a lunch break, but it is only a little inconvenient to plan to come when they are open. BUT, and it's a very BIG BUT: the pharmacist here knows me, knows my conditions, knows my drugs, and he constantly checks and advises me which medication is right for me. In doing so, he helps me make the right decisions on OTC products. For example, I had a bad cold (Flue?) a couple of weeks ago, and I needed cough medicine. I had suggested a product I'd used before, but the pharmacist advised me to use a different one, as the one I had been using would have interfered with my other medicines. I can - without reservation - recommend these folks, and their customer service is excellent - despite their lunch time closing hour.

Sadly i have no idea if this place is any good. Like many people i attempted to pop in during my lunch break from work only to be met by two smirking (rather creepy looking) chinless muppets in cheap suits locking the doors because they close between 1pm and 2pm!...for lunch! "we have to eat too!" one of them spluttered at me when i laughed at the idea they choose to close during what is so obviously a key trading period each day.
