Iâ??ve always enjoyed shopping at this branch but was very disappointed at the poor customer service I received today..when asked to remove price labels as the purchase was a present, I was spoken rudely by a member of staff who sarcastically said that I could do that myself! Laura Ashley should train their staff properly.. Iâ??ve never even had to ask before to take off the labels, would ask and do it if required..itâ??s a very small thing but itâ??s all part of the shopping experience and it was ruined today!
