I don't like this office but in my town there's not more, always the manager doesn't resolve the enquiries ,my last one was arriving with my child to open an account for him ,at 1715 hrs and they close at 18 hrs but they don't give appointment in advance , they don't open online so I don't know but 45 minutes to open an account is plenty time isn't? However patients I don't have options maybe another bank. it's really sad and frustrating.Only save a younger girl sometimes she's in the office and is more efficient than the rest of the staff. Finally one day after Anoth helped us we could so for this guy and the other girl we are more happy but the manager don't convince ? me..

Very bad customer service, waiting time more than hours to see person banker, to deposit money to wait 30 minutes.Only one branch in Milton Keynes next nearest one is Northampton or Luton.

I had a great experience opening a business account at Metro Bank. I really enjoyed the friendly service and help I got from Umer and Ahazoo who guided me through the application process. Best thing was the account was opened on the same day

Today I came in to metro bank and there was Sonia a beautiful and helpful lady, she was very quick and lovely and kind would really recommend her

Moved address 2 years ago. Went in and completed forms. Still they sent statements to old address. Went back in 8 months ago with ID Went through same process. They sent statements to old address again last week.Rang the number as local branch only has main number...told to go into branch again woth ID, which is 15 miles away.Since they can't even be bothered to update my address and expect me to go in for a 3rd time, I shall indeed go in to close my account.

Do not put your money into this bank. They have frozen my company's account for no reason at all. I have several incoming payments from customers that have not been credited as result. Will take me weeks to sort out. Absolute thieves and completely unprofessional. Go to Tide instead. I would give -15 stars if I could.

I would like to write a nice review due to the customer service. I received today at Metrobank in Milton Keynes..I had some problems after receiving a new phone and transferring my details from the old phone to the new phone regarding password, security, numbers, et cetera et cetera? having failed miserably? trying to do this in the week, I managed to successfully lock myself out of the account? however, after attending the branch where I spoke to a member of staff I had a small wait and was funny approach for two members of staff who win over their way to listen to what I had to say, asking me to come over to desk whereby they both addressed. If you was a new phone set up my new passwords how many minutes I was back online.Ali? & his colleague, we?re both outstanding at doing the work? with me because of this I would recommend Metro Bank to anyone absolutely fantastic service Best wishes to all kind regardsJohn.

awful service!! went to open an account for my daughter, 4 staff behind counter not serving as they just asked people to take a seat. then another 3 staff turned up behind the counter looked and everyone sat waiting and walked out the back not to be seen again. sat for 40 mins with out any acknowledgement and left. people and customer skills are appalling
