Jess was soo helpful with us! My partners suit didn't fit and had bought it back in January for our wedding this month but when we rang to ask about exchanging it, it was no trouble for her and she helped us out immensely. Cannot thank her enough!

Booked a hire suit fitting at the MK store today, needed to hire a suit for Royal Ascot. I told the staff exactly what I needed ( I believe her name was Sophie) but I felt she had 0 knowledge of what I wanted, she was constantly distracted the whole time and I felt as if I was in the way even being there. She gave me a jacket a waistcoat and 2 sets of trousers to try on all of which were ill fitting which I expected as that?s why I came here to get my sizes correct. I told her this and was met with well that?s pretty much all I can do?.I was there to be fitted up properly!! really bad experience and won?t be returning

The quality of clothing is great. Staff are so kind, would suggest having more staff in the store due to the nature of service needed for all customers

Really poor service. Staff uninterested in helping, I had to ask all questions with no suggestions at all. Hard to trust buying a suit from people that can't even wear an ironed shirt.

Good Service in store when purchasing 2 jackets. Phoned to order 2 more - the person I dealt with seemed reluctant to phone other retailers as the jackets I needed were not in stock at the MK store. I was told I would be phoned back within a few days as she needed some time to get the info she needed.Unsurprisingly I didn't get a call back. Thankfully a friend was able to order the jackets from another branch of Moss who within and hour managed to locate the required stock and get it on order.It's a shame laziness and reluctance to help took the shine off what was initially a great in store experience.

Bought a Epsom charcoal coat ask for alteration shortening sleevesSleeves lining was put back so bad when you wear coat lining is out of sleeves 249£ worth coat and I don,t know who called it professional altering service coat is totally ruinedAnd girl who served me totally cold didn't,t even bother to ask if it's ok no compliments customer service is zeroIt's like they are working in some bounded labour that they don,t bother to treat customer better .

Do not use if you want a stree-free wedding experience. Out of the whole wedding, arranging suits from Moss Bros MK were definitely the most difficult thing to sort out. Started out ok but then it turned out one size suit was no longer available. But they assured us it was ok, and they could get one 'made to measure'. Had to go back again for the fitting appointment which took forever and then it turned out there was no fabric left in stock! Was basically told tough luck.. one member of the wedding party would have to have an odd suit. We had to call around stores all over the UK ourselves to find a suit in this size. By this point it was only 4 weeks until our wedding. Luckily we managed to source one in Bluewater and drove down there ourselves to collect it. Staff at MK are unhelpful and don't seem to care at all. Do not use.

Overall, good service. One young advisor doesn?t appear to know what he?s talking about however - most likely still training, which is fine but avoid giving wrong advice and ask for help.

Becky at Mk store helped find a gorgeous suit, shirt and tie for my husband, she was very friendly, helpful and professional, she placed an order for next day delivery, it arrived in store the time stated. Excellent service from Becky and Moss Bros, would thoroughly recommend

I've been using Moss Bros for many years but this is the last. I booked a Hire Sizing appointment and the man serving me was entirely disinterested in helping. The appointment was meant to take 20 minutes but took 50 minutes as he kept disappearing to the back rooms for 10 minutes. He seemed to get annoyed when the suit jacket didn't fit and he had no idea what to about it. Hire Sizing was meant to be a 'one-on-one styling service' per the email but this was everything but that.I walked out annoyed and went Hawes and Curtis instead. They were incredibly attentive and I sized me completely differently to Moss Bros, everything fit perfectly. I did spend about 3 times as much as I initially intended to but that's what a quality service will do.

Just lost a long serving customer. I've been buying from Moss Bros for years. The customer service in this store was awful. The man serving me was completely uninterested in serving and got my neck size completely wrong despite measuring.I went to Hawes and Curtis and had a much better experience. They even know how to measure properly. I'll be going there next time.

Matt was really attentive to all of the customers and definitely knew what he was talking about! Cheryl however, was incredible rude- really didn?t seem like she cared about any customer or the people working there. I saw her try to control the people working there in quite a harsh way. It seemed very unprofessional. However, Matt?s customer service was outstanding so 4/5 stars still :)

What a wonderful, caring lady Cheryl is. She stayed with us the whole time. I could tell she had other things to do as the Manager but she didn't care and was fully focused. I have CP and she was there constantly. I got the suit of my dreams and thank you Cheryl.
