I like next, but at this shop everything a pain.Starts need to collect the parcel upstairs. Then one off the iPad definitely not working. Then one shop assistant there who's serving someone at the till, so can't giving out collection.And the opening hours definitely not true. Here says Saturday closing at 19.30. Well, I was there, the doors didn't open, a knocked on it, when a lady from inside playing pantomime showed we closing at 19.00 . Pffff tbh I start have enough. Clearly NEXT giving very bad salary, that's why shortage of the staff, what's clearly not manageable operate a massive shop like this.

Very helpful and friendly staff - allowed my grandmother-in-law to use the service lift when the ordinary lift was out of order.

Don't bother expecting to pick up your parcel in 5 minutes, always short staffed or all the staff down stairs nattering

The store is always very tidy, the displays are all inspiring and on-trend. I use the store fairly often to collect my Next orders. The service is very quick and simple to use - type in your 5 digit "parcel ID" into the tablet (upstairs, in the further corner of the store) within a few minutes, someone will bring your parcel out. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.Caution is advised if you are visiting when MK Dons are playing, particularly after the game. The traffic leaving the car park is horrendous and can take over 15 minutes!

Got an email from Next saying my order was ready to collect. Went in, put my code into the click and collect machine, someone appeared about 30 minutes later and said she couldn't find my order. Was very unhelpful, just seemed annoyed at me like it was my fault.I got a text from next a day later so went back to collect it. There were about 4 people waiting and only 1 lady trying to sort everyone's orders. Took about 40 minutes before she eventually appeared with it, absolute shambles.

I bought some leggings for my daughter . The price on the label was £4.5 at teh till I was charged £5 . When I mention it to the cashiers she said ok . No apologies and she didn't even try to solve the situation . There customer service needs some work .

When buying a suit recently I couldn't help but think: "this could definitely do with more creases".Luckily the employees are expertly trained in shoving smart clothing into far-too-small bags. Phenomenal, far too many shops use suit carriers, glad I wasn't even offered one.

Set over 2 floors.This is a medium sized shop.Homeware upstairs, but the area is pretty small.Children's downstairs.Changing rooms available.Parcel return point.Men'sShoes and bags too.Till service was fast and efficient.Lift and stairs available.I cannot fault.

Don't bother if you are an average sized male. Stock control is so poor that every time I visit the only sizes available are XS or XL. The cashier in the men's department is never available. Don't waste your time here.

Took our twin granddaughters clothes shopping and they found everything they wanted. Items were reasonably priced and the staff were very helpful.

All next stores only have kids babies good quality dresses. There are not any modest clothing for younger girls and ladies. We couldn't find any loose trouser for 5+ year girls. Only knickers and shorts variety but not any modest trouser for girls and ladies.Not any long loose shirts as well.Please would you ever provide modest clothing for girls and ladies?
