They are not accepting a little bigger amazon parcel. They did not provide this information on their website and amazon wasn't aware of this. They returned me back with my package.

This shop has a good size layout and a good variety of products. The staff seem nice and helpful. If the staff has failed in certain areas then I would suggest retraining in those ereas, not bad reviews.

Quick easy shopping . Close to schools and buses . They do have little post office . But not royal mail . They do pick up and deliver parcels .

Absolutely disgusting customer service, went in to send back parcels to Amazon and the staff were just pure rude. The ?manager? even said he would lose our parcels. The last time I went in there to send a parcel back it was the same problem. I won?t be going there again.I wouldn?t recommend going here, ever, to anyone.

The worst staff I've ever seen. My boyfriend has a disability and asked the staff to put what he bought in a bag and they refused in a very rude way!We will never ever go back in that shop!

They are selling alcohol without asking for any ID even for children! The staff is so rude! I would definiltely avoid the place.

Disgusting members of staff refused my assistance dog then when being educated the manager waved his hand in my face and told me to leave. I Went in again today and pointed out the sign on the door states assistance dogs for samilian (the manager) to turn round and says he doesn't speak English when he clearly does!

Watch the date on the milk the ones with the least date is always at the front and the one with the longest date always hidden well at the back some staff are very rude you get shouted at if you try to look for a longer date one avoid this shop like the plague I would give it minus one star if I could.

The staff is always rushing to the till, I never was waiting for anyone to serve me. Some of them are really friendly, some not so.My issue is,already mentioned here, problem with promotions. Very often price at the till is different that the one displayed on the shelf, so you always should double check the receipt.Also the product choice has only recently improved.And that is correct, the freezers are very often out of use.
