“Excellent pharmacy and staff. Have been a few times over the last few years and more recently for prescriptions. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very efficient. They offer advice and go above and beyond if they can't fulfill the prescription to help you get it . When calling too always polite and when husband runs there for his repeat prescription towards the end of the day they are still never rude and always have time for a chat and remember him which shows a lot about customer service . Well done nice to have a wonderful pharmacy and not a huge chain where you are just a number!”

They answer the phone straight away which was an impossible task at my last pharmacy and it’s just generally a nice easy experience any time I have to go to the pharmacy. “I went in to go to the pharmacy before Christmas to get a prescription that I needed after I'd been to the walk in centre and the pharmacist checked the stock to see if they had what I needed and they didn't but he ordered it in and it was there the next day ready to be picked up. I went there about 2 weeks ago to the pharmacy to get another prescription after I'd been to accident and emergency the night before. They didn't have what I needed this time but both of the pharmacists were very helpful and checked the stock to see weather they had the items I needed.”

“This is by far one of the best pharmacies in Milton Keynes. They truly care. Prescriptions are fast and on the rare occasions they didn’t have stock they support you finding an alternative. The staff here really care about you”

“It can be a bit chaotic in there, usually because it seems to be a popular pharmacy, but the staff are very friendly efficient and accommodating, especially the pharmacist and one of the regular staff of the main counter.The pharmacist even recognises me and remembers my name / often knows whether my prescription is ready and informs me when I’m still waiting to be served.They are very welcoming, kind and competent, as well as being a bit overworked at times.”

“Friendly staff but consistently slow to serve customers and when paying via card at night their cards reader doesn't reach the window outside so be prepared to hand over your card to them for contactless payment or give them your PIN? There are too many dishonest people in this business so it is a breath of fresh air to deal with Has as he has been very upfront about the algos' limitations and capabilities. “I had a great experience at this massive Asda store! They've got almost everything you could need, from clothing for men, women, and children to school uniforms and shoes - all thanks to George Asda. They even have a money exchange service. While I didn't use the toilets, it's good to know they're available. The small food court offers a variety of quick snack options, and don't miss out on Haji Baba's big halal meat section. My personal favorite? Krispy Kreme and the coffee machine! They also have a refill section for pasta, cereals, and dry fruits. Plus, there's a salon, a bakery with tempting items, opticians, and a pharmacy. In short, you can easily spend a couple of hours exploring all they have to offer here.Despite all these great offerings, one thing to keep in mind is that you might have to endure long queues most of the time.”
