Appalling did not deliver claiming property was inaccessible. It wasn't. I now have to get across town to collect it, since Royal Mail won't try delivery again.

Delivery timeframe passed.Was on hold on the phone for more than 40 minutes twice, and the moment they have answered the phone they cut the call.Atrocious.. how are these people get paid to be useless..

Royal mail charge 16p for the privilege of posting a tracked parcel. Kiln farm free but only open for 2 hours a day and 3 miles away.Are Royal Mail trying to close down local post offices ??Not impressed!!!

Not sure about the service at the front desk but my parcels (most likely mail as well) is delivered to completely different addresses. I think twice in a month I had photos uploaded as proof of unknown doors. Not impressed.

Never had an issue here. People driving to see they are closed. Check the opening times on the website. Parking is tough yes, however the staff have no other place to park so don?t blame them. They aren?t rude. They deal with idiots moaning about opening times and things they can?t control. The staff I have dealt with over the years have been fantastic and I would go here every day to collect work stock. Don?t blame the staff, blame the management who have ruined The Royal Mail.

Terrible! Closes way to early and never delivers packages, always says delivery attempted when they never even attempted it?s ridiculous. I?ve missed many packages that i?ve desperately needed. Horrible!

Opening hours are ridiculous and the staff are rude. You barely work so i?m not sure what the attitude is for? Never anywhere to park aswell. Total Shambles.

What is going on with this depot... They keep getting less and less customer friendly. These new opening hours are awful! I keep getting notifications that my packages couldn't be delivered, when I check it says 'Delivery Attempted - Address Inaccessible Brinklow DO' despite there being no delivery attempt to my home (I took the day off work for my last delivery, waited all day and no one attempted a delivery)... What an absolute joke, I wish more companies would stop relying on the Royal mail.

Incredible how a Royal Mail Depot works a total of 16 hours a week.Makes it near impossible to do anything with a parcel when one of their seemingly useless drivers either fails to deliver or collect anything.If they even leave you the red bit of paper, which they often don't.Close this branch down, it's useless.

Only open 8am-10am with no notice until you get there!I had to drive 20 minutes each way to try and get a parcel, to find that they aren?t even open.The website to redeliver parcels constantly crashes and then times out so I wasn?t even able to rearrange it online! A frustrating trip, I?m sure shared by many!

Disgusting customer service delivery supposed to be 27/06 June but didn?t arrive, no update or notifications, lost a days wages. Next day, no delivery again so I had to go a collect myself from delivery centre. No apology, nothing. Very poor service. Wouldn?t recommend this company to anyone! I pay for delivery and collect it myself I lost money and pay for my petrol !

The place is alright the staff knows what they are doing...most of them.Some like to argue about how things should be done, but when you tell them how things weren't done they keep arguing.Fun times I say.
