Price on the Display outside stated Diesel £1.97 p/l. But to my surprise when filling up it was £2.06p/l. I asked the person serving he did not know what to say. Just looked at me stammering.

Used this service station to top up tyres / screen wash .\\n\\nTyre pump worked fine however screen wash didn?t work . Went into the Garage to tell the staff .\\n\\nThe Asian women came out had a quick look at the machine. Didn?t even open inside just said it was my problem and refused to offer any help or refund .\\n\\nShe just walked off leaving me stood at the machine in shock.\\n\\nNever been met with such unprofessional behaviour and a complete lack of customer service.\\n\\nWould expect better from Shell staff .

Very rude staff - was a regular, filled up my vans twice weekly using my shell business fuel card.Not anymore. Asked today if I can bring over my other van as there was a £35 limit and the lady spoke to me like I was some sort of a homeless guy. The fuel isn?t for me lady, is for putting food on the table as we are a delivery business and we need fuel. Not to worry, BP welcomed my business. They?ve got no fuel caps.

(12:03 on 04/10/21)\\nWent in to pay for fuel. The woman serving was on the phone to a man. He was on loud speaker speaking in another language. He was talking so loud I could hardly hear her speaking. She didnt even finish the call when I and another customer said we could not hear her. Very unprofessional to be on the phone while you are serving. Let alone have it on loud speaker so the whole garage can hear....

very rude indian guy treating people bad and delivery drivers like they are working for shell, he wastes people's time I've assisted tonight at him asking delivery driver to press 'order collected' while he was holding the order behind the till. obviously doesn't know how things work and is rude to customers as well, after the delivery driver canceled the order and left he started being rude to the lady in front of me. I'd kick this guy out of there asap

Very rude stuff. Told them the pump I filled from is not like the other ones, it stopped before reaching the limit, as opposed to the other pumps, where I seen others filling over it while waiting. Just a normal observation. And instead the manager of the station looked at me like I am crazy, regardless if I am speaking of pence here. Is a probleme of principle. Told them about his look and he said directly in my face I am creazy and I replied back the same thing. That is the moment when the stuff turned violent asking what that I said, not what their manager said and started in the first place, and if I wouldn't have passed through the door outside, they were definately getting closer to get phisycal. Well done, brilliant violent stuff. You have your cameras if you need to check. It might be this curent situation, but even when you thll them about an issue to the air pump taking my money with no service given back, last year, they didn't had anything to do and refused to even take note of it, much rather to look at the issue. Definately not going to fill anymore from this place.

Had an offer on the Shell app for a bar if chic when I purchased 30 litres of fuel, which I had done. Guy at till told me to show the barcode on the app when I paid. Logged into app, got the barcode up paid and then had app scanned. I asked for chocolate...he laughed and said you need to select the offer before scanning. I didn't know, not used app before, but he knew I wanted that offer before I even paid, but didn't explain that, or advise/help...just laughed and said try again next time. BUT there won't be a next time....

Very poor help. I have emailed the owner requesting his help on something very important and they do not respond at all. Staff are very limited in English skills and appear to not care. The franchise needs to be given to someone else.

Open late (possibley 24h) but fuel not the cheapest in town. Also the confectionery and tobacco is over priced. The assistant was very nice though so 3*.

Has regular diesel, petrol and v-power, pay at pump is often broken or turned off. There is a cash point, air and water.
