Rude staff! not helpful at all! When my partner asked for something extra he huffed then rubbed his face, rolled his eyes and carried on! You?d think they would want more orders = more money!! We haven?t been in a while because of how bad service, food and prices are and this happens! Get better staff or charge less because your prices don?t match your standards!

Poor experience. Hair in the sandwich, which also practically fell apart when I opened it at home. I live a fair few miles away so I didnt bother to go back. Surely they should be wearing hair nets if they have long hair?

Its a poor subway, it seems to be the only in the area that never has stock, either they do not have something in or they have hardly any selection.. Its poorly managed in my opinion and this is now the 4-5 time i have been (i dont have much choice locally). Not going to bother anymore. They need to learn to run a franchise correctly.

This Subway is an absolute joke and doesn?t even deserve to be open. I have delayed writing this review but after 3 occasions over a period of 6 months I am now fed up. I don?t know who owns this franchise but they need to really up their game. The staff are totally useless, incompetent and show no level of customer service or initiative. They have a lack of supplies in all areas and the hygiene level is poor.This doesn?t even highlight half of what I have to say, as it has been passed onto to Subway HQ to review the more in-depth experience.
