I recently bought vitamin C duo from midsummer body shop. I was so disappointed to see the quantity. It doesn't have 50ml init for which I paid. Same goes to a kit worth £8 when I purchased with order it seemed to be used. Body shop must seal these bottles.

I rarely get the chance to go shopping, but I do like a visit to Lush, especially at Christmas when I?m looking for stocking fillers. My trip to Lush in MK today didn?t disappoint at all - as always it was great. Grace was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; she listened to what I needed and who I needed it for and provided me with a few options, but not an overwhelming amount. I came away feeling happy that I had everything I needed.

Majority of the team are lovely, however Amy's customer service was 10/10 on 8th Dec. Amy greeted me upon entry of the store and is the reason I spent £60+ on skin care (which is rare). Amy was informative, possessed interpersonal skills and made my shopping experience exciting. Thank you Amy!

I think some of the staff need training in relation to customer service. I?m a regular customer but on this occasion I needed to click and collect. So get in the shop, asked where to collect and I?m pointed in direction of checkout. patiently waiting in the queue for 5-10 minutes. The same Customer assistant appears and invites a customer in front of me because she wanted the ?big sell? and tried to smile at me like it was ok. Rude! Try using the word ?sorry?! I will shop elsewhere moving forward because my pet hate it rude people

Excellent service. The sales girl was so helpful and had lots of knowledge about products. If only every customer service was like this.

The shop assistant Claire was very rude and unprofessional.I went to the shop last week for online order refund, the refund amount was wrong but Claire insisted she was right and couldn?t be bothered to know the difference. In the end I decided to go back to the shop again to return the rest of the order so I could have the full refund.That day I also bought some products in the shop and she accused me using those for the online return.I went back to bodyshop again today to return the rest of the order, Claire pretended to call the customer service but it was a prank! It turned out she didn?t refund the products at all! I ended up calling customer service to sort it out myself! I will never go back to this shop again, very very poor service!!

I was so disappointed today in your store ?. I went in to have a look for a specific product and needed advice on what you have. There were three members of staff so busy gassing at the back of the shop about their days off and whether or not they felt that they were bullying each other that they showed no interest in any of the customers (even when I managed to gain eye contact with one of them). I did not feel that I was able to interrupt such an important conversation and walked out without buying anything as did the other customers in the shop too.

We pop in here quite often, the store is always clean and tidy, product are great as usual.Today's visit was the main reason for the review, my sister is a wheelchair user and has a many allergies so we have to be quite fussy with products. After her favourite scrub was discontinued, a lovely member of staff helped us find the closest alternative, tested it for us and helped us with everything we needed and not once did she treat my sister differently due to her wheelchair and medical requirements.Think her named was Maz and if she reads this, you're the best! She will be the main reason we continue to come into store rather than shop online :)
