I have been to 3store in Milton Keynes centre Mk in shopping mall and I have visited the store 6times to activate and transfer my data from old phone to new number , which was given to me by the staff member promising that this will be activated in 72hours. For my visits to the store lady 6 times they have told me it will be done by next day. Today I was told it will be done by Monday. It is not really good customer service at all when team saying different things and online customer service saying something g else. Staff members jack and Brandon has been sending me back with no correct information as I feel.

I have a 3 broadband box that developed a fault about a month ago, after numerous back and fourths with live chat and the customer service number who were rude and unhelpful I decided to visit my local store, Brandon who helped us was amazing, he ran tests for us which confirmed a fault with the box, we then had to call customer service again who were even ruder this time round popped back in and went through the call with Brandon who confirmed customer service were being unhelpful and helped us sort a complaint, although my situation is still not fully resolved I'm very impressed and grateful to Brandon and his team for the outstanding service they provided us with.

They got me on a cheaper contract. Was considering other networks, but it was a solid deal and good service, so happy to stay.

Good service by the staff . They patiently listen to our queries and give us the information and solutions not making us wait longer to be attended. Overall a good customer service by the store. Recommend to others too

We were served by Paul today regarding my elderly grandmothers smartphone and he was so helpful! He not only helped to find the best option for her, for example making the screen bigger for her, and setting it up in easy mode and put the child setting on for her to make it as easy to use as possible for her, it was even cheaper than her current phone. Can?t thank him enough for his help!

Absolutely terrible. Dealt with customer care executive Daniel. I recently bought a product 10 days ago and wanted to return to Three. He asked "I AM NOT TAKING IT TO MY STORE" because I did not buy that from him. And it goes from his monthly target! Surely he can claim that from Three right? I can understand that all, the thing is he has no manners, sounds very rude and dismissive. Should learn to respect people. He could have easily said, I am sorry, you have to take it to the store you bought from or direct to the call center. Just need to be respectful that is all.

Ordered something on line which I went in to collect. I was the only customer there. Stood for 10 mins being ignored while the staff chatted amongst themselves. While I was being served the member of staff did not even say one word to me and continued his conversation with another staff member. Worst customer service in store. I have now changed provider.
